Lucy Milne and Helen Calverley won the Integral Collection Classic (Tees Valley – Yorkshire) Senior Gold women’s doubles title held at Thornaby Pavilion on Saturday.
The pair beat Victoria Brewis and Stephanie Dawid Paluch 23-21 19-21 21-19 to seal the victory on the top tier of the Badminton England circuit.
Yorkshire pair, Milne and Calverley, reached the final following a semi-final win over Til”Shiloh Shaw and Laura Woodward 22-20 22-20.
Brewis and Dawid-Paluch made the final after beating Rachel Vickers and mms Smethurst 21-18 21-13.
